| Testamento de Don Agustín Juárez de Peredo, canónigo de Sagrada Escritura en la Catedral de Tlaxcala, que dio mientras estaba enfermo en cama. En su última voluntad y testamento, el canónigo detalla dónde le gustaría ser enterrado; las misas que quisiera que se den en su nombre; la distribución de sus bienes (incluyendo a personas esclavizadas); el establecimiento y dotación de una capellanía; y el cobro del dinero que se le adeudaba, legando todos los bienes restantes a su hermano, Diego Juárez de Peredo. Nombró a su sobrino, el Doctor Don Diego de Guevara, Maestrescuela de la Catedral de Tlaxcala, a su hermano, Diego Juárez de Peredo, y a Nicolás de Villanueva, regidor de Tlaxcala, como sus albaceas. —— Testament of Don Agustín Juárez de Peredo, Canon of Sacred Scripture in the Cathedral of Tlaxcala, which he gave on his deathbed. In the last will and testament, the canon details where he would like to be buried; the masses he would like to be given in his name; the distribution of his assets (including enslaved people); the establishment and endowment of a chaplaincy; and the collection of money owed to him, bequeathing all remaining assets to his brother, Diego Juárez de Peredo. He named his nephew, Doctor Don Diego de Guevara, the Schoolmaster of the Cathedral of Tlaxcala, his brother, Diego Juárez de Peredo, and Nicolas de Villanueva, alderman of Tlaxcala, as his executors. 3 f.
