Description
| This MATLAB code was used to process and classify data from imported image object data from FIJI/ImageJ. In this code, the raw data take the form of object measurements from various images and fields of view that were directly exported from FIJI which are saved as a MATLAB workspace that can be directly imported prior to running the code. The code goes through the process of reading the data, setting fluorescent object classification thresholds, removing outliers due to poor smear quality (as noted in corresponding workspace vector), classifying fluorescent objects, and calculating resulting parasitemia.
