The HAWQS project (http://hawqs.tamu.edu) developed in cooperation with USDA-ARS and USEPA for the lower 48 states of the conterminous US to model the water quantity and quality due to land management changes using the SWAT (http://swat.tamu.edu) model and associated databases available from federal sources.
