Description
|
Statistical output from the generalized extreme value models for the county composites and the pooled regions. Location information (latitude and longitude), stationary return values (inches), and nonstationary return values (inches) are included in these files for the county composites and the pooled regions. Trends can be calculated by taking the percent change between the 2020 values and the 1980 values with their respective return period (i.e., 2-yr 2020 and 2-yr 1980 nonstationary return values).

Notes
| Column headings and contents can be interpreted as follows: Station_ID- state + region number/letter + county name (Combine refers to the pooled regions); Latitude/longitude- geographic locations of the counties and the centroids of the pooled regions; StatRP columns are the stationary return values (inches) from the GEV models for various return periods (2, 25, 100, and 500); 1900RP, 1980RP, and 2020RP columns are those years' nonstationary return values (inches) from the GEV models for various return periods (2, 25, 100, and 500); 1.5RP, 2.0RP, 2.5RP, and 3.0RP columns refer to the nonstationary return values (inches) from the GEV models for various return periods (2, 25, 100, and 500) based on different temperature changes from the designated preindustrial year of 1980 (i.e., 1.5 degrees Celsius, 2.0 degrees Celsius, etc.) |
