Carta los conflictos entre los dominicos y el Gobernador Don Felipe Barrí, elogiando la moderación, prudencia, y buena conducta del Sargento Mayor Don Felipe Neve. Recomienda a Neve como reemplazo adecuado del Gobernador Barrí para restaurar la tranquilidad en el gobierno y las misiones. Pide a los Padres que hagan lo que les corresponde para lograr un resultado beneficioso y permitir el avance de las tareas apostólicas. —— Letter addressing the conflicts between the Dominicans and Governor Don Felipe Barrí, praising the moderation, prudence, and good conduct of Sergeant Major Don Felipe Neve. Recommends Neve as a suitable replacement for Governor Barrí to restore peace in the government and missions.
