Description
| Informe a un funcionario real no identificado sobre el estado de las misiones en California. Serra comienza reconociendo los esfuerzos del oficial en apoyar la región y hace referencia a una carta que el funcionario envió al padre Francisco Palou. Menciona la transferencia de ganado de las misiones de Santa Clara y San Francisco. Transmite las preocupaciones planteadas por los herreros y carpinteros sobre sus raciones y vestimenta.
